Shipping policy

All our dog collars are made to order in a First In First Out basis. This means your order will be placed within a queue and fabrication time will depend on the amount of orders in the queue. Typical fabrication times are ~10 days. You will receive a notification alerting you the product has shipped and your tracking information if you've selected that option. Our products are shipped from New Brunswick, Canada. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

BigPawShop offers two types of shipping methods through Canada Post. 

1) Letter Delivery Service
2) Express Shipping

Letter Delivery Service

If speed is a consideration, use Express Shipping
Letter delivery service does not have tracking information but is a more cost effective method of shipping. Our Products are shipped from New Brunswick and delivery times can vary based on destination and season. 

Letter delivery service only applies to products with small dimensions and not all products can ship with this service.
Examples of products that do not qualify for Letter delivery service are leashes and 2" collars with buckles. Also ordering multiple items may exceed the dimensions eligible for Letter Delivery service.

Express Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $5 Tracked shipping on orders over $90.00.

Expedited Parcel is Canada Post's least expensive shipping option with Tracking information. This shipping option is faster than letter service and you'll be given a tracking number at time of shipment.

BigPawShop.ca collars are made to order and as such, we do not offer faster Priority Shipping or Express Post options.

Local delivery

Currently, we do not offer pick up delivery. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BigPawShop.ca is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you've selected Tracked Shipping at checkout, you will be given a tracking number you can use to check its status with Canada Post. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have opted for No Tracking, your order has shipped via letter carrier service and cannot be tracked by us or Canada Post. Letter Service is typically delivered 2-3 after your order has shipped but can take up to 7 weeks during peak periods.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email wtih tracked shipping, or 7 weeks without tracked shipping, please contact us at Hello@BigPawShop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. In the event of a return, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event of an exchange, we simply ask that you pay the costs of shipping. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Hello@BigPawShop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
