Big Paw Shop mission is to ensure that you are 100% completely satisfied with your on-line shopping experience. We accept returns of products in original condition within 60 days after the date of receipt. Opened or used products, or any items marked as "final sale" are not within our return guidelines. With Big Paw Shop's 60-day return policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original condition.
Returns With BigPawShop.com - Simply Easy:
- You can return your purchase within 60 days of the date you received the goods.
- Products must be in the condition you received them in for a full refund.
- Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Anything beyond 60 days of the purchase date will be handled under a case by case basis.
- Please contact a Customer Service Agent to confirm your return or exchange before sending your package.
- Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Who is Responsible for Shipping?
It is extremely important to follow the sizing guides on site and to correctly measure you dog before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us. Should you place an order for a collar that does not fit, Big Paw Shop will exchange the collar free of charge however will not be responsible for the return shipping of the product.

WITHIN 60 DAYS
If a product proves to be defective within 60 days of the shipment date, Big Paw Shop will replace the product as soon as possible. In the case that we require the product to be shipped back to Big Paw Shop, we will cover the shipping costs.
AFTER 60 DAYS (MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES)
If a product proves to be defective after 60 days you may deal directly with the manufacturer if you wish; however, Big Paw Shop is willing to speak on your behalf and follow up with the manufacturer in order to ensure that your warranty is processed in a timely manner.
Manufacturer warranties are established by individual manufacturers and Big Paw Shop will follow their protocols. Big Paw Shop is not responsible for shipping costs, replacement equipment, or any inconveniences related to manufacturer warranties. As facilitator, Big Paw Shop will represent you, the customer, to our manufacturers.
