Who Covers the Shipping?

If the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving an incorrect or defective item), don't worry, we've got you covered. We'll take care of the return shipping costs. If you simply changed your mind about your collar, we ask that you pay the shipping to return it to us and we'll waive the restocking fees.

What to Expect Next

Once you've sent your item back, you can expect to see your refund within four weeks. However, most of our customers receive their refunds much sooner. Here's the breakdown:

• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
