Shipping Policy

All of our dog collars are made to order using a First In First Out sequence. This means your order will be placed within a queue and fabrication time will depend on the amount of orders in the queue. Typical fabrication times are 2-3 weeks. Once your order has been made by one of our seamstresses, you will receive a notification with the tracking number so you can follow its progress with Canada Post. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout using Canada Post's shipping rates. We do not in any way control these prices as these costs are from Canada Post directly and are the actual costs incurred by us to ship your order. To help alleviate unwanted shipping costs, we offer FREE shipping on orders above $90.00 CAD after discounts.

Local Pickup

Currently, we're unable to offer pick up. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Germany. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BigPawShop.ca is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Hello@BigPawShop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs will be incurred by customer for returns. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Hello@BigPawShop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
